Custom Dog Card ADD ON
You MUST have previously ordered a custom pet portrait commission with us to order a custom card, as I need a design to create your cards from. This custom card add on can be purchased at the same time as a commission or after purchase.
Your custom dog card is printed to order on thick, high quality cardstock, and left blank inside so you can write a message of your choice.
Cards are available in A6 or A5, folded along the long edge and available either portrait or landscape. A6 cards are delivered with brown Kraft envelopes, while A5 cards are delivered with white envelopes.
Choose to order just one card, or a pack of 3. Please contact me if you would like to order more than 3 cards.
Sustainability
All of our dog cards and envelopes are recyclable, and delivered in 100% recyclable cardboard packaging.

Delivery and returns
My current turn-around for custom pet portrait commissions is 2-3 weeks from the date I receive your reference images. I will always aim to finish your commission as soon as possible, but please let me know if you need it by a certain date. After your commission has been finalised, our standard delivery policy applies.
Custom cards are non-refundable, though I maintain the right to cancel an order for any reason, in which case your money will be refunded.
I am however happy to accept cancellations of custom prints within an hour of the order being placed. Please contact me at [email protected] to arrange a cancellation.
