Custom A5 Dog Card ADD ON
Please note: you must have previously ordered a commission with us to order a custom card, as we need a base design to create your print with. This add on can be purchased at the same time as a commission or after purchase. Browse our pet portrait commissions.
Your custom dog card is printed to order on thick, high quality cardstock, and left blank inside so you can write a message of your choice – but please just let me know if you would like a message added when printing. Cards will be delivered with white envelopes. This A5 card is folded along the long edge (A4 unfolded).
Choose to order just one card, or a pack of 3. Please contact me if you would like to order more than 3.

Sustainability
All of our dog cards are recyclable, and delivered in 100% recyclable cardboard packaging. If requested, your card can be sent in a cello wrap, but is normally delivered naked.
Packaging
All Woof by Hollie products come delivered in cute tissue paper or paper bags, with a free postcard print, usually a few stickers, a business card, and a sprinkle of sequins. Your order is then popped into a hardback envelope and sent with Royal Mail.
Gift wrapped products are packaged in extra adorable paw print tissue paper, and secured with a recycled silky black ribbon, for a beautifully presented gift. If you leave a message for your special someone in your order notes, I will also hand write it on to a freebie postcard print too. Find out more about gift wrap.

Delivery and returns
My current turn-around for custom pet portrait commissions is 2-3 weeks from the date I receive your reference images. I will always aim to finish your commission as soon as possible, but please let me know if you need it by a certain date. Your custom card may take an additional 2-3 days to be printed and delivered.
Custom cards are non-refundable, though I maintain the right to cancel an order for any reason, in which case your money will be refunded.
I am however happy to accept cancellations of custom prints within an hour of the order being placed. Please contact me at woofbyhollie@gmail.com to arrange a cancellation.
